How do I get started?
Sign up for a free 7-day trial — no credit card required. Once logged in, add your first keyword from the dashboard and RedNudge will start monitoring Reddit for matching posts.
How often does RedNudge scan Reddit?
Reddit is scanned every 30 minutes. Matching posts are collected throughout the day and delivered in your digest email on the schedule you configure.
What is a "match credit"?
Each Reddit post that matches your keyword and passes AI relevance scoring uses one match credit. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle.
Can I filter results to specific subreddits?
Yes. When adding or editing a keyword, you can optionally specify a subreddit to restrict monitoring to that community only.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I am not receiving digest emails. What should I check?
First, check your spam/junk folder. Make sure your digest frequency is set in Dashboard → Settings. Digests are only sent when there are new matches, so if no relevant posts were found in a period, no email is sent.
